Grill or Pan-Fry:
Bring to room temperature for 30 minutes. Season with oil, salt and pepper. Cook on high heat for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare (52–54°C internal). Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Oven Method:
Preheat to 200°C (180°C fan). Sear 2–3 minutes per side, then cook for 8–10 minutes. Rest before serving.

Suitable for freezing: Freeze on the day of purchase. Defrost fully in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
