Cook from chilled. Preheat the oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place the fillets on a lightly greased baking tray and cook for 25–30 minutes, turning once to ensure even cooking. Always check the chicken is piping hot all the way through, the juices run clear, and the core temperature reaches 75°C before serving.
