Microwave (800W) from chilled: Defrost before use. Remove outer packaging, keep in the plastic tub. Place pastry side down on a plate and heat for 2.5–3.5 minutes until steaming hot. Remove plastic tub before serving.

Traditional steaming: Defrost before use. Keep in the plastic tub. Place in a pan of simmering water with the lid on, ensuring the bowl does not touch the base. Steam for around 40 minutes until piping hot. Remove plastic tub before serving.
