How to cook lamb stir fry strips: Heat oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat. Add the lamb strips and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, then add your sauce and cook for 1–2 minutes until coated. Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
