Culinary Inspiration:
Roast slowly until golden and tender. Serve with apple sauce, roasted root vegetables, or shredded for pulled pork with a smoky BBQ twist.

Oven Roast (Recommended)
Preparation: Remove packaging and pat dry. Allow to reach room temperature (30 mins).
Seasoning: Rub with olive oil, sea salt, and herbs like thyme or rosemary.
Roast: Place in a preheated oven at 160°C (fan 140°C) / Gas 3. Cook for 35–40 mins per 500g plus 30 mins.
Crackling Finish: Increase temperature to 220°C (fan 200°C) for the final 25–30 mins.
Rest: Let rest for 15–20 minutes before carving.

Slow Cooker Option:
Add stock, onions, and herbs. Cook on low for 6–8 hours until tender.

Cook before eating. Consume on the day opened.
Store below 3°C or freeze on the day of purchase for up to 6–9 months.
Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
