Season with salt, pepper, and oil. Preheat pan or griddle. Cook rare for 3 minutes (50–52°C), medium-rare for 4–8 minutes (55–57°C), medium for 5–10 minutes (60–63°C), and well-done for 12–15 minutes (70°C+). Turn halfway and rest before serving.
