Let steak reach room temperature for 30 minutes.

Sear 2–3 minutes each side for medium-rare; adjust for preferred doneness.
Rest for several minutes before slicing against the grain.
Serve immediately.

Store below 3°C. Cook before eating. Consume on the day opened. Freeze on the day of purchase for 6–9 months. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking.
