Always ensure the product is fully defrosted before cooking. Cook until piping hot throughout (75 °C) and no pink meat remains. Do not reheat once cooked.

Oven:
Preheat oven to 190 °C / Fan 170 °C / Gas 5.
Place Kiev on a baking tray and cook for 25–30 minutes.
Ensure the centre is piping hot and the butter has melted.

Air Fryer (Optional):
Cook at 180 °C for 18–20 minutes, turning halfway through.

Keep refrigerated at 0–5 °C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. If still frozen on arrival, store in freezer at -18 °C. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and ensure food is piping hot before serving.
