Must be cooked before serving. Remove all packaging.
Oven roast: Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Place the jointed parts on a roasting rack, breast side up. Roast until meat is piping hot and interl temperature ≥ 75 °C (165 °F) in the thickest part.
Pan-fry / grill: Sear skin side down to brown, then finish in oven or reduce heat, turning occasiolly.
Stewing / braising: Brown pieces first, then cook slowly in liquid until tender.
Let rest ~10 minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
