Grill: Preheat grill to medium. Cook for 14–16 minutes, turning occasionally until evenly browned.
Pan-fry: Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and cook for 12–14 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
Oven-bake: Preheat oven to 190°C (fan 170°C). Place on a tray and cook for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway.
Ensure sausages are piping hot throughout and reach a core temperature of 75°C before serving.

Keep refrigerated (0–4°C).
Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
Suitable for freezing. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
