This thick-cut smoked back bacon is made from premium British pork, naturally oak-smoked and traditionally cured for deep flavour and perfect texture. Each rasher delivers the ideal balance of lean meat and natural fat, creating a classic British breakfast staple that grills or fries beautifully. Enjoy it crisp and golden in sandwiches, with eggs, or as part of a hearty fry-up.

Pan-Fry:
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Place bacon rashers in the dry pan (no oil needed).
Cook for 4–6 minutes, turning occasiolly, until crisp and golden brown.

Grill:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Lay rashers on a foil-lined grill tray.
Grill for 4–5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C.
Once opened, consume within 2 days.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze on the day of purchase and use within 3 months.
Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Packed in vacuum-sealed recyclable plastic film to maintain freshness and flavour.
