Our unsmoked back bacon is crafted from the finest British pork, traditionally cured to preserve tenderness and authentic taste. With the perfect balance of lean meat and natural fat, it cooks to a beautifully crisp, savoury finish. Enjoy it in classic bacon sandwiches, weekend fry-ups, or add depth to pasta and salads.

Pan-Fry:
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Place bacon rashers in the dry pan (no oil needed).
Cook for 4–6 minutes, turning occasiolly, until crisp and golden brown.

Grill:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Lay rashers on a foil-lined grill tray.
Grill for 4–5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C.
Consume within 2 days of opening.
Suitable for freezing: Freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months.
Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
