Cooking Instructions:
Grill/BBQ: Preheat to medium-high heat. Cook lamb chops for 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until browned on the outside and cooked to your liking.
Pan-fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook chops for 3–4 minutes per side for medium. Reduce heat slightly if maride begins to caramelise too quickly.
Oven (optiol finish): After searing, transfer to a preheated oven at 190 °C (fan 170 °C) / Gas Mark 5 for an additiol 6–8 minutes if thicker chops are used.
