Grill Method:
Preparation: Remove s from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to bring them to room temperature.
Seasoning: Brush with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of thyme.
Preheat Your Grill: Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat.
Cooking: Cook the s for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Resting: Let the pork rest for 3-4 minutes to keep the juices in.
Serve: Plate with caramelised apples and a light salad.
Oven Method:
Preparation: Preheat your oven to 200C (180C fan) or gas mark 6. Bring the s to room temperature.
Seasoning: Coat the steaks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Searing: Sear the pork in an ovenproof pan for 2-3 minutes per side.
Oven Cooking: Transfer the pan to the oven and cook for 15-18 minutes until fully cooked through.
Resting: Rest the pork steaks for 3-4 minutes.
Serving: Serve with caramelised apples and a salad.
