      Pan Fry (Recommended):
      Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
      Add a small amount of oil.
      Cook sausages for 12–15 minutes, turning regularly until browned and cooked through.

      Oven Bake:
      Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6.
      Place sausages on a baking tray.
      Cook for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through.

      Grill:
      Preheat grill to medium heat.
      Place sausages on the grill rack.
      Grill for 16–18 minutes, turning occasionally.

      Keep refrigerated (0–4°C). Once opened, consume within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing; defrost thoroughly before cooking.
