SAUSAGES LIKE WILFRED
Our award-winning sausages, which come in many delicious and nutritious flavours, can be grilled, fried or baked. As with most things, cooking times may vary according to the type of sausage, but they should all be cooked thoroughly until the juices run clear and they're no longer pink.
THRILL WITH THE GRILL
Pre-heat the grill to medium, place the sausages on a grill pan, and cook for 6-12 minutes until cooked through, turning every few minutes.
TIME TO FRY
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Cook the sausages in the oil for 10-12 minutes, turning every few minutes, until cooked through.
BAKE OFF
Pre-heat the oven to 190C°C, gas mark 5. Place the sausages on a baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through, turning halfway through the cooking time.
TOP TIP
Don't reheat cooked sausages once cooled. Cool any leftovers at room temperature, refrigerate within two hours and consume within two days.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, use within 48 hours.
Suitable for home freezing — defrost thoroughly before cooking.
