Our goat legs are sourced from high-welfare farms, expertly prepared and left bone-in to retain juiciness and deepen flavour as it cooks. Whether you're preparing a traditional Caribbean curry goat, a North African tagine, or a Sunday roast with a twist, this cut delivers tenderness and taste in every bite.

Bone-in goat leg, ideal for roasting and slow-cooked dishes

Cooking Method: Slow roast or curry

Time:

Whole (3–4kg): 3 to 4 hours at 160°C

Half (1.7–2.2kg): 2 to 2.5 hours

Instructions:

Season with garlic, thyme, all-purpose seasoning, and a touch of vinegar

Ideal for slow roasting or pressure cooking in a curry

Ensure meat is tender and falling off the bone before serving

Refrigerate: Keep in bottom shelf of fridge, wrapped or covered

Fridge shelf life: 3 days

Freeze: Double-wrap for protection from freezer burn

Freezer shelf life: 6 months

Thaw in fridge overnight
