This sliced pastrami offers a tender, melt-in-the-mouth texture with a subtly smoky, spiced flavour. Made from beef brisket that has been brined, partially dried, seasoned, smoked, and steamed, it delivers a savoury bite perfect for sandwiches, salads, or wraps. Based on traditional preservation methods, it brings together the deep flavours of cured meat with the convenience of ready-to-eat slices.

Here's cooking instruction for :
1. Preheat your oven to 325F (163C).
2. Take your out of the packaging and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminium foil.
3. If desired, you can lightly brush or spray some olive oil on the slices to add moisture and flavour.
4. Place the baking sheet with the in the preheated oven.
5. Cook the slices for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are heated through and slightly crispy around the edges.
6. Once cooked, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cool for a few minutes before serving.
7. Serve the on a sandwich, alongside some mustard or pickles, or incorporate it into a delicious recipe of your choice.
Remember, these instructions assume that you have pre-packaged that is ready to eat. If you have raw Pastrami and want to cook it from scratch, the process will be different and may require additional steps.
