Remove kebabs from packaging. Thread onto skewers if desired. Preheat grill, BBQ or griddle pan to medium-high. Lightly oil the surface and cook for 10–15 minutes, turning regularly, until caramelised and fully cooked at 75°C. Rest for a few minutes before serving.
Browning: Preheat a grill, barbecue, or griddle pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking. Place the kebabs on the heat and sear each side until golden.

Building Flavours: For extra flavour, baste the kebabs with marinade or sauce during cooking. Popular options include garlic butter, barbecue glaze, or herb seasoning.

Cooking: Cook the kebabs for 10–15 minutes, turning regularly to ensure even cooking on all sides. The pork should reach an internal temperature of 75°C (167°F) and be cooked through but still juicy.

Serving: Rest the kebabs for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy hot with rice, flatbreads, or fresh salad. They are also great with yoghurt-based dips or tangy barbecue sauces.

Keep refrigerated below 3°C. Cook before eating. Consume on the day opened. Freeze on the day of purchase for 6–9 months. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking.
