Oven (Recommended):
Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Place chunks on a baking tray and cook for 18–20 minutes, turning halfway through until golden and hot throughout.

Air Fryer:
Cook at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Deep Fry:
Fry at 180°C for 3–4 minutes until crisp and cooked through.

Keep refrigerated at 0–5 °C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. If still frozen on arrival, store in freezer at -18 °C. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and ensure food is piping hot before serving.
