Cooking Instructions: Roast until internal temperature reaches 74 °C (165 °F), basting occasionally, and let rest before carving.

Keep refrigerated at 0–5 °C. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
If the product is frozen, defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
