Oven Method (Slow-Cook):
Preparation: Preheat your oven to 160ºC (140ºC fan) or gas mark 3.
Seasoning: Season with salt and pepper.
Searing: In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat a bit of oil and sear the steak on all sides until browned.
Slow Cooking: Transfer the steak to an ovenproof dish. Add onions, garlic, carrots, and beef stock or red wine. Cover with a lid or foil and cook in the oven for 2 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and falls apart easily.
