Rub with garlic, paprika, and brown sugar before slow-roasting. Brush with sticky BBQ glaze near the end for caramelised perfection. Serve with slaw, potato wedges, or grilled corn for a family feast.

Preparation:
Remove ribs from packaging and pat dry. For best results, peel away the thin membrane on the underside. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs, or marinate in BBQ sauce or honey glaze overnight.

Oven (Low & Slow):
Preheat oven to 150°C / 300°F.
Place ribs on a tray, cover with foil, and roast for 3–3.5 hours until tender.
Uncover, brush with glaze, and roast for another 10–15 mins at 200°C / 400°F until caramelised.

Barbecue:
Cook over medium heat for 2.5–3 hours, turning occasionally and basting with sauce until sticky and golden.

Slow Cooker:
Cook on low for 7–8 hours (or high for 4–5) until tender. Finish under the grill to caramelise.

Serving Tip:
Rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with BBQ sauce, slaw, and corn for a true smokehouse experience.

Store below 3°C in the refrigerator.
Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
Suitable for home freezing: freeze on day of purchase and use within 6–9 months.
Defrost thoroughly in the fridge and use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze once thawed.
