The range covers every style of British bacon, so you can match the cut to the job. Back bacon gives you the lean eye of meat with a little fat, the classic choice for a bacon sandwich. Streaky bacon is richer and crisps up beautifully, ideal for breakfasts and for wrapping. Middle bacon brings both together in one rasher. We also stock lardons and coarse minced bacon for cooking, bacon steaks for something heartier, and square pancetta for slow Italian-style cooking.
Rind on or rindless, smoked or unsmoked
Prefer your bacon with the rind left on for extra crackle and flavour? We keep a proper rind on range across streaky, middle and back, which is increasingly hard to find on the high street. Want it ready to go straight in the pan? Our rindless cuts are trimmed and ready. Both come smoked, for a deeper, fuller flavour, and unsmoked (also called green bacon), for a cleaner, more traditional taste.
